Remote support lets APM Tech Support view your screen and control your computer with your permission, so many software
issues can be resolved without an on-site visit. You always see what is happening and can end the session at any time.

Before your remote appointment
To keep the session smooth and hassle-free, please make sure your device is plugged in, connected to the internet, and
that you are signed in to the account you normally use.
- Close any apps or documents you do not want on screen during the session.
- Have your phone nearby in case we need to talk through a step.
